Coordinator of 1st Level Ops Engineer for BearingPoint Products

Responsibilities:

·       First point of contact for customers of different platforms via different ticket systems

·       •After an initial analysis of the tickets, they are either resolved by the team itself or routed to

other teams accordingly

·       •Plan and carry out simple Ops tasks such as managing permissions, access rights or project

configurations as well as initial debugging of problems

·       •Keeping an overview while operating in a variety of systems (Atlassian, CI/CD, JFrog, ...)

We are looking for:

·       •Good understanding of Linux and Windows systems (including usage of the CLI)

·       •Basic understanding of networks and their components

·       •Basic understanding of shell scripts is an advantage

·       •Willingness to study independently to familiarize yourself with new topics

·       •Good customer and Team communication in English (German would be an advantage) in

writing and speech

·       •Good technical documentation skills and willingness to properly document everything step by-step according to our documentation guide
