Consultant with focus on Requirements Management

Our technology division offers provides consulting services to clients in various countries, from both public and private sectors. We support our clients with our experience in the collection, analysis, and management of requirements both within the framework of classic and agile development methods. Our consultants have both the management and the IT perspective. They manage the customer projects with sensitivity and well-founded methodology, even in demanding and sensitive situations.

As an Consultant with focus on Requirements Management, you will be structuring, prioritizing, evaluating the requirements and working on this basis. Starting with technical analyzes, you support our customers in the optimization and modernization of their IT processes and specialized procedures. In some cases, you will also provide professional advice to customers in the preparation of the relevant technical concepts and then accompany them in the (further) development and modernization of their information systems. You will accompany our customers throughout the entire IT development cycle, from identifying and analyzing the requirements, to implementation and testing to commissioning.

Your tasks:

• Design and conceptualize new business ideas

• Develop solutions both classically and with agile methods and coordinate them technically as well as professionally

• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and various business units

• Supporting the development teams in the implementation of solutions

• Developing customized delivery model concepts in the environment of agile requirements engineering for our customers

• Cross-divisional know-how transfer between the respective delivery units

• Daily business includes working with epics, user stories and use cases

• Contributing to the strategic development of the domain Agile Requirements Engineering in the company

How to convince us:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, or similar technical fields

• Familiar with agile methodologies

• Broad understanding and knowledge of current IT technologies and trends

• Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and high problem-solving skills

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, orientation to the details

• Pleasure at working with analytical tools

• Structured way of working, team spirit, creativity, and good communication skills

• Customer-oriented and independent way of working within our project teams

• Fluent in English and German

• Willingness to travel
