Location: Bucharest and Sibiu

What we expect from you

• Administration of German participants in firm-wide Training;

• Communication with internal business departments;

• Support in the organization and coordination of training;

• Management of internal and external communication;

• Administrative HR tasks in day-to-day business, depending on the needs of our HR Shared Service Center Team.

Your skills and preferred qualification

• University graduate – availability for work full-time program;

• Foreign languages: English at an advanced level (verbal and written) and German advanced level (verbal and written);

• You are confident/experienced in using MS Office applications;

• You demonstrate service orientation, teamwork, excellent communication skills, as well as organizational and independent work abilities;

• Great communication skills both written and verbal;

• Soft skills: results-oriented, problem-solving skills, adaptability, flexibility, attention to detail, proactive attitude, ability to work in a team environment and also independently;

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
