We’re looking for Field Service Management juniors to join a 6 months internship and get ready to be trained and certified in IFS.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our customers in all project phases from the conceptual design of initial ideas to their successful implementation in operations
  • Conducting business process analyses and needs assessments to align IFS solutions with business initiatives
  • Responsibility for topics and sub-projects
  • Opportunity to contribute to studies, publications, market analyses, sales & marketing topics, proposal preparation and expansion of our service offerings

Education & Professional Experiences:

  • BA/Master's degree in business administration, information systems, natural sciences, computer science, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or comparable field of study
  • Ideally previous experience in service management related solutions in one or more of the following areas: Contracting and SLA Management, Customer Request Management, Planning and Dispatching, Planning & Scheduling Optimization, Mobile Order Processing, Asset Management, IoT and data-based scenarios (predictive maintenance), or project management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and/or design business processes
  • Passion for new technologies and trends as well as their meaningful use in businesses
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally in a post-Covid world
  • Languages: Fluent in English is a must – other European languages (as French/German) will be considered as a plus
