Our Customer & Growth service line advises leading national and international companies worldwide in the area of customer relationship management (sales, marketing & customer service). We are looking for reinforcement for our team - from graduates to experienced team leaders.

  • You will be the crucial interface between consulting and IT, as part of an interdisciplinary, agile team
  • The focus of your work will be on varied IT projects for different customers, primarily from the insurance, banking and retail sectors
  • You will develop modern, cloud-based CRM solutions
  • You use the latest technology and bring us forward with your innovations


  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, economics or comparable studies in the STEM field
  • Professional experience in software development (front-end and/or back-end), ideally in a consulting environment
  • Sound knowledge of Java/Java Script (ECMA Script 6+)
  • Process know-how in the areas of sales / marketing / customer service is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Apache Tomcat, Apache Lucene, PostgreSQL is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English (oral and written)
  • Project-related willingness to travel
