Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end full cycle recruitment;
- Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source high-quality candidates and update on an ongoing market as market intelligence is uncovered;
- Conduct in-depth position kick-offs and set expectations for delivery milestones and build upon the knowledge of hiring managers’ business and needs;
- Provide hiring managers and candidates alike with value-added consultation with professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency in all communications;
- Build trust-advisor relationships with both hiring managers and candidates;
- Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and headhunting/sourcing channels;
- Support with various HR administrative activities (e.g. workforce administration, induction, performance management support);
Required Skills:
- At least one year of experience in the recruitment field;
- Basic understand of IT industry;
- Team player, and customer orientatation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships;
- Fluency in English;
- Positive attitude and confidence in his/her decision-making skills;
