International IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end full cycle recruitment;
• Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source high-quality candidates and update on an ongoing market as market intelligence is uncovered;
• Conduct in-depth position kick-offs and set expectations for delivery milestones and build upon the knowledge of hiring managers’ business and needs;
• Provide hiring managers and candidates alike with value-added consultation with professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency in all communications;
• Build trust-advisor relationships with both hiring managers and candidates;
• Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and headhunting/sourcing channels;
• Support with various HR administrative activities (e.g. workforce administration, induction, performance management support);

Required Skills:

• At least one year of experience in the recruitment field;
• Basic understand of IT industry;
• Team player, and customer orientatation;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships;
• Fluency in English;
• Positive attitude and confidence in his/her decision-making skills;
