Scrum Master (with German)

As a Scrum Master you are seen as the guardian of the Scrum Team, someone that resolves impediments and have control over the Scrum teams in our client`s projects.

Main tasks are:

• Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in agile methodology;

• Responsible to remove any impediments for the scrum team;

• Arrange daily-stand up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaption process;

• Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint;

• Facilitate the team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team;

• Responsible to conduct the retrospective meetings;

• Organize and facilitate the sprint planning meetings;

• Acting as safeguard for his/her team.

Experience required:

• Relevant experience as Scrum Master (+2 years);

• Planning Experience;

• Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills;

• JIRA/Confluence experience;

• English fluent and advanced German knowledge (B2/C1)

• Nice to have: Scrum Master / Agile / SAFe Agilist certification
