The Role:


We are looking for a Recruiting Researcher, a persistent and result-oriented person who is passionate about recruiting.


The Researcher will support the Ireland team with finding quality candidates and building a strong talent pool of candidates, using LinkedIn search.


Responsibilities:


  • Search candidates and build a strong current pipeline in various service lines and industries using LinkedIn strategy source methods;
  • Ensure a steady inflow of prospects and candidates that are aligned with current and future competency needs;
  • Interact and collaborate with Recruitments lead (RL) in Ireland;
  • Work closely with recruiting teams to determine hiring needs and priorities;
  • Assist RL in various admin tasks such as booking interviews.


Profile:


  • Junior experience, from 6 months to 1 year of LinkedIn search;
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal (English);
  • Good understanding of Consulting industry and IT;
  • Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruiting channels, especially LinkedIn;
  • Understanding of general recruitment process;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Proactive, driven result-oriented;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
