Senior BI Developer

Requirements:

-         You have Bachelor’s degree in Economics with preferred specialization: Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics (CSIE)/ University Mathematics and Informatics/ University Polytechnic of Bucharest;

-         Master studies finished in IT/Database topics related it is a plus;

-         You have between 2-4 years of relevant experience in: SQL and NoSQL Databases, Business; Intelligence, Data warehousing, Big Data, Self Service BI, SQL ETL processes;

-         Entrepreneurial attitude, result oriented and team player;

-         Availability to travel abroad – when COVID-19 allows it;

-         Advanced English level is mandatory, German represents an advantage;

Main technical Skills:

-         Very strong T-SQL skills;

-         BI Tools, Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services experience;

-         Experience in DAX;

-         SQL Server Analysis Services experience would be helpful but not required;

-         Strong desire to face and overcome challenging scenarios;

-         Able to work in a full development team in the SCRUM/Agile methodology;

Not mandatory but nice to have:

-         ETL or any data integration experience (SQL Server Integration Services);

-         Knowledge of data warehouse concepts;

-         Cloud experience (Azure);

-         Very strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a lover of challenges, interested in new experiences, an innovator, a lifelong learner;

Responsibilities:

-         Develop new and change already existing Dashboards in Power BI, accordingly to the Client’s requirements;

-         Report maintenance using SQL Server Reporting Services;

-         Development and maintenance of T-SQL scripts;

-         You will be involved in the full software development life cycle including design, testing, deployment, documentation, and support activities
