About the role

As part of the Travel and Expenses team, you will be working in SAP Concur. You will stay in close contact with the Business Unit on a regular basis for updates and discussions on different cases. As training materials, we will share with you the procedures through which the main processes have been documented and other supporting files (local specifics etc).


You will be performing the following activities:

  • Process the travel expenses reports according to the procedures approved by the client - Process Map, Work instructions and any other relevant procedures;
  • Check travel expenses as per the client’s Travel Policy; 
  • Make sure that the travel expenses are correct from a financial point of view (VAT codes, expense types, invoice requirements);
  • Perform the necessary corrections in Concur if technically possible;
  • Make sure that the employees follow the rules of the policy;
  • Make sure that country specifics are respected;
  • Send back the incorrect expenses and explain to the employee what needs to be changed as per the Policy/financial regulations;
  • Provide permanent support to the client’s employees on any issues/inquiries they may have regarding Concur/Travel Policy via e-mail/Teams;


Your skills and preferred qualification:

  • Basic commercial understanding
  • Previous experience in back-office activities is an advantage
  • Advanced English skills
  • Ability to communicate in German or French (at least B1)
  • Good MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Other skills and competencies required: good communication skills, Team Player, flexible and open minded
  • Result orientated, willing to work, dedicated, reliable, trustworthy, diplomacy
  • Able to prioritize tasks
