We are looking for a proactive new colleague to be part of the Data&Analytics team with a focus on Power BI Front-End but not afraid of SQL.

Role

• Design, create, and modify reports, dashboards, and other analytical components using PowerBI by using our implementation guidelines and best practices

• Review and improve data models within our data warehouse

• Perform performance optimization reports and data pipelines

• Support on incident management related to our reporting solution

• Participate in updating and maintaining reports: SQL Views, SQL stored procedures, and semantic layer (Power BI semantic models)

• Closely collaborate with the team to define best-fitting models and reporting solutions, according to business requirements

• Get familiar with other platforms that the project is interacting with (Azure Analytics, No-SQL, Fabric)

• Work together with the other team members to identify, address, and fix bugs or reported errors, in data mining

Profile

• Experience with reporting with Power BI or other visual analytics tools in an enterprise context

• T-SQL knowledge

• First touchpoints with ETL or any data integration experience like MS SSIS, Azure Data Factory

• Fluent in English. German would be a plus

• Azure DevOps, GIT or any version control experience.

• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts (e.g. star schema)

• Good collaboration skills

• Actively participate in an Agile/Scrum team framework
