About the role and what we expect from you

• Check incoming invoices for correctness/completeness according to the communicated documentation - Process Map, Work instructions, FW Accounting Guideline, and any other relevant procedures;

• Processing the incoming (non-PO) vendor invoices in Xflow ((internal invoice processing interface) based on given procedures;

• Proper storage of posted invoices;

• Determination of missing incoming invoices, requesting invoices from suppliers (in coordination with the business units);

• Perform payments, both automatically and manually, and make related clearings on vendor (subledger) accounts à based on given procedures;

• Processing of queries (emails) for the payment of invoices and vendor dunning letters;

• Send reminders to approvers for delayed approval + take out needed report;

• Support the Internal Audits, upon request from Team Leader;

• Any other activity given by hierarchic superiors in the area of expertise.

Your skills and preferred qualification

• English advanced (C1 level);

• University graduate in Finance – availability for work in a full-time program;

• Experience with Microsoft Office package, especially Excel is a plus;

• Previous relevant working experience in a Finance Process is a plus;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work independently and as a team;

• Accuracy and attention to detail.
