Your future tasks as the Lead of HR Technology, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of HR technologies and tools within our company. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing processes and systems that support the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of our HR function. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that our applications meet current and future requirements and contribute to creating a first-class employee experience.



Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive HR technology strategy

  • Selection, implementation, and integration of HR technologies and tools, including HRIS, ATS, learning management systems, performance management systems, and other relevant platforms

  • Serve as a global contact for SAP time management, organizational management, and personnel administration in SAP

  • Implement specific adjustments, particularly in the SAP system environment

  • Create regular time management reports for management and the works council

  • Ensure the functionality, user-friendliness, and scalability of the deployed applications

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize existing HR systems and processes to ensure they meet changing business requirements

  • Provide training and support for employees to effectively utilize technologies and tools

  • Manage and coordinate relationships with external vendors and service providers (Vendor Management)

  • Lead a small team of SAP HCM experts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field

  • At least 8 yrs experience in HR IS implementation, consulting, project management or leading transformation roles with strong stakeholder management component

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing HR technologies and tools, ideally with leadership experience

  • Extensive experience with SAP HCM, focusing on PT (Personnel Time Management), as well as knowledge of positive and negative time management

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives from planning to implementation through transformation

  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating technology requirements and performance metrics.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and develop employees.

  • Proficient in Excel for creating reports for extensive controlling and Power Point presentation skills

  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance requirements related to HR technologies.
