Your future tasks

As one of the major transformation designers in the public sector, we support ministries and authorities at the federal and state levels in digitizing their work processes. As a Low Code Developer, you will elevate the development of public digitization projects to a new level - from the idea to the go-live in the shortest possible time. Your primary tasks will include the following:

• You develop responsive web applications and mobile apps in agile processes.

• You take responsibility for topics and projects.

• You advance digitization in Germany and thus make a visible contribution to accelerating the transformation of the German administration.

• You understand and accompany IT projects from both the IT and user perspectives.

• You work closely with our customers to understand their processes, data, and requirements.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in business, engineering, or computer science and demonstrate a high affinity for technology.

• You are proficient in at least one low code platform (such as OutSystems, Mendix, PegaSystems, or Oracle APEX) and are open to new platforms. You have practical experience in at least three of the following areas:

  • Collaboration with departments to analyze business requirements and create technical specifications.

  • Integration of applications into existing IT infrastructures.

  • App or web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Swift, Kotlin, and Flutter).

  • Backend expertise such as Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, and databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

  • Implementation and connection of web service interfaces (REST, SOAP).

  • Conducting tests and quality assurance measures.

  • Automated testing of web interfaces using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

  • Training and supporting end users.

To optimally advise our customers on-site, you are willing to travel nationally and internationally. Very good German and English language skills complete your profile.
