We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Romania. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, configuring aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, and ensuring its successful implementation and optimization for our clients.

About the role:

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to define and implement business solutions using the Dynamics 365 platform. You will provide expert advice, support all project phases, and leverage your knowledge of the broader Microsoft Power Platform.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Advising client organizations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities and functions;

• Conducting requirements gathering and analysis with clients;

• Designing optimized business processes for our clients;

• Understanding and recommending configurations and customizations in Dynamics 365, aiming to minimize customizations;

• Supporting clients throughout all phases of a Dynamics 365 project, from requirements analysis to roll out;

• Applying strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, such as Agile and SCRUM;

• Demonstrating expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, development, and application integration, including customer portal solutions;

• A strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, such as (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service), or Business Central, and Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services is required;

• Maintaining up-to-date certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Power Platform.

  
  

About you:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for technology and business optimization;

• You should have excellent communication skills, an inquisitive nature, and strong technical and analytical abilities. You will be part of a collaborative team that values new ideas and works together to solve complex business problems;

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a functional or technical role;

• Preferably, 3+ full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems;

• Strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms;

• Ability to articulate the functional and technical infrastructure of Microsoft Dynamics 365;

• Working knowledge of other Microsoft products such as SharePoint, Office, Azure, and application architecture;

• Experience in data integration and data migration;

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non-technical language;

• Strong consulting skills, including influencing abilities, leadership, and facilitation skills;

• Ideal Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or any of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 role-specific Associates.
