About the role and what we expect from you

  • Monitoring SAP BTP Apps and Services;

  • Offering technical support in real-time;

  • Identifying incidents and resolving them according to the procedures;

  • Creating the tickets in the Kibana system;

  • Transferring the tickets to the right team to solve them;

  • Monitoring the tickets and making sure that they are closed after resolving them;

  • Maintain strong communication and transparency between all departments (Development, Operations, Release Management).


Your skills and preferred qualification

  • A Bachelor of Science degree (preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent) or minimal work experience in software development;

  • A fair understanding of business functional areas;

  • Good communication skills as well as the ability to manage escalations paths within the organization;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package;

  • Proficiency working with SQL Database;

  • You're eager to learn and once you learn something new, you are excited to evaluate it and teach it to others;

  • You can adapt rapidly to situations and find solutions in a practical manner;

  • Open for working in shifts (including night shifts);

  • Excellent written and spoken English;

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to take initiative and autonomously handle tasks;

  • Ability to work independently and as a team;

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.


Nice to have skills

  • Service and solution-oriented work as well as a quick grasp paired with an analytical and methodical approach to meet Operations SLAs;

  • Experience with IT Service Management according to ITIL;

  • Some relevant professional work experience;

  • A fair understanding of business functional areas;

  • Experience or at least knowledge about Methodologies methods: Sprint, Agile.
