Order to Cash with German - entry level

About the Role

This role is a key one in the communication between international project teams and top management.

What we expect from you

• SAP Contract Opening / Contract management (Systems CRM/SAP);

• Check contract-related documentation against the checklist to establish its correctness; Then open/change the contract in SAP;

• Invoicing;

• Cash Collection – send reminders to Engagement Teams for overdue items'

• Create Invoices in SAP and manage Email communication with BE Germany Managers:

• Validate information in timesheets and billing documentation (WIP before/after billing, write-off, identify errors) against SAP data and/or with the project manager;

• Create invoice proposal in SAP and send to SAP approval workflow;

• Send invoice to the customer. Possible handling of upload to supplier tools (ex. Ariba);

• Monitor emails and communicate with EMs over a mailbox;

• Respond to billing questions from EMs.

  
  

What we are looking for

• University graduate and economic background;

• Previous experience in Order to Cash or other Finance Operations process;

• German and English mandatory – B2 level;

• You demonstrate service orientation, teamwork, excellent communication skills, as well as organizational and independent work abilities;

• Great communication skills both written and verbal;

• Soft skills: results-oriented, problem-solving skills, adaptability, flexibility, attention to detail, proactive attitude, ability to work in a team environment and also independently;

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
