Main Responsibilities:

  • Formatting and designing commercial proposals envisioned by the French response team.

  • Production and management of essential documents (team CVs, references, etc.) as per proposal requirements.

  • Ensuring consistency and adherence to the corporate design guidelines across all proposals.

  • Suggesting improvements to BearingPoint templates (convictions, planning, etc.) through continuous enhancements.

  • Using and filling in firm tools (such as reference radar, yourskills, etc.).

  • Close collaboration with the French team to understand and address client needs.

  • Monitoring design trends and presentation tools to stay up-to-date.


Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a role involving formatting of PowerPoint and Word documents.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other presentation tools.

  • Fluent in spoken and written French

  • Proficiency in English is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong design sense.

  • Ability to work with high responsiveness.

  • Team player with a strong customer service orientation.
