Proposal Support with French

Role

• Act as point of contact in proposal preparation activities for French speaking clients.

• Identify and gather relevant CVs and references using internal platforms. Adjust the content based on the available information to ensure it meets internal design guidelines and client requirements.

• Format and design commercial proposals as envisioned by the French response team.

• Ensuring consistency and adherence to the corporate design guidelines across all proposals.

• Suggesting improvements to BearingPoint templates through continuous enhancements.

• Provide support for other administrative tasks related to proposals, such as processing and adjusting different MS Office tools (Excel/PowerPoint etc.) and updating them with relevant information provided by the team.

• Maintain and regularly update information in internal tools (such as Reference Radar, YourSkills, etc.).

• Work closely with internal clients to understand and meet their requirements and deadlines.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends and presentation tools.

• Monitor proposals in a centralized database system.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a role that involves supporting proposals/tenders, managing various administrative tasks through a comprehensive end-to-end process, or formatting PowerPoint documents.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other presentation tools.

·       Fluent in French and English, both in writing and speaking.

• Focused on precision and attention to detail, with excellent analytical skills for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and distributing information.

• A strong design sense is a plus.

• Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong problem-solving orientation.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• A team player with a strong customer service focus
