About the position

This role provides support to all business development members which are part of the internal market segment team.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

Sales Support

• Functional Mailbox support;

• Team Room support, if needed;

• Newsletter creation and distribution;

• Organize and coordinate project meetings, consolidate deliverables, and manage follow-ups;

• Ensure the accuracy of the existing sales pipeline, through regular follow up;

• Track won projects and promote them internally, using dedicated PowerPoint templates;

• Gather and update relevant references/success stories, through regular database monitoring;

• Create and update CRM Dashboards reports;

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's performance: constantly identify opportunities to improve own and the team's activities.

Research & Presentations

• Conduct benchmark analysis and market research;

• Prepare and update presentations for specific accounts, markets or regions.

Applicant Profile

• University graduate;

• German and English advanced, C1 level;

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;

• Basic commercial understanding;

• Previous experience in the customer service area of at least 2 years;

• Previous experience in working in demanding environments is useful;

• Great analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Strong ability to synthesize information;

• Strong assertiveness (needs to follow up on due dates and deliveries);

• Strong organizational skills;

• Open communication, demonstrating a strong "can do" and proactive attitude;

• Work autonomously on tasks but act as an active member of the team.
