SAP Operations Service Manager with German
As an SAP Operations Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing high-impact SAP delivery, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring client satisfaction within a strategic business context. This position requires a hands-on, multi-disciplinary approach, balancing responsibilities as a product owner, service manager, financial overseer, and client engagement lead. Your role will also include people management and sales functions, creating a well-rounded leadership position that supports business goals and client success.
Location: Bucharest, Sibiu, Cluj, Brasov, Timisoara and Iasi.
Key Responsibilities
Service and Client Engagement Management
Optimize operational profitability through effective resource allocation, balancing workload, seniority levels, and delivery volumes.
Maintain strong client relationships, dedicating significant time to communications to ensure high satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
Prepare and present recurrent reports on service delivery and standards to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and accountability.
People Management and Team Leadership
Oversee a team of SAP consultants and managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and conflict resolution to maintain team morale and performance.
Manage performance and career development for SAP Consultants, fostering a high-impact environment that encourages professional growth and cross-regional collaboration.
Sales Management and Key Account Leadership
Contribute to sales operations to capture new business opportunities across Europe and globally.
Coordinate recurring revenue streams and support growth strategies, contributing to overall business success.
SAP Delivery Expertise
SAP Delivery Leadership: Lead complex SAP delivery projects, especially in collaboration with major clients ensuring high-quality and timely project execution.
Qualifications
Proven experience in SAP Operations, Service Management, or similar roles with a track record in managing cross-functional responsibilities.
Fluency in German and English required.
Strong SAP expertise, particularly in operational and delivery aspects.
Demonstrated leadership ability in managing teams, client engagements, and complex projects.
Commitment to maintaining high client satisfaction through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
