As a consultant, you will work with international clients and offer Level 2 & 3 SAP support for Logistic processes, in the area of SAP Transportation Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Work remotely on clients' managed services projects.

  • Implement organizational changes and technical solutions in the SAP system and continuously develop them further.

  • Perform migration activities and mass maintenance.

  • Document SAP processes and present progress reports.

Client Support:

  • Work closely with clients to set up and provide 2nd and 3rd level support.

  • Support and advise clients with daily issues, incidents, and best practices from SAP TM.

  • Create and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Technical and Functional Development:

  • Understand business process requirements in the area of Transportation Management.

  • Develop specifications for functional and technical developments.

  • Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, propose, and implement solutions.

  • Perform detailed problem troubleshooting, problem resolution, root cause analysis, and enrich the knowledge database.

Innovation and Best Practices:

  • Support customers in their digital transformation by using innovative technologies.

  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP solutions and best practices.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in business, analytics, or information technology.

  • Previous working experience with SAP TM (minimum 2-3 years for Consultant level, minimum 4 years for Senior Consultant level).

  • SAP Certification is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Good know-how of SAP TM processes and integration with SAP SCM and EWM.

  • SAP S/4HANA knowledge.

  • Good configuration knowledge (SPRO).

  • Previous interaction with ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and explanation skills.

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Quick learner and self-driven personality for continuous improvement.

  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Language Skills:

  • Very good English and German level (minimum C1)
