About the role:
BearingPoint is working on building its ServiceNow offering and portfolio in multiple countries. The team involved in business development is a multicultural team based in different locations around Romania and Germany and they are looking to grow their internal consultant teams with experienced professionals who can help with knowledge, internal training, and client proposals on the business side as well as technical input in project related activities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing, testing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow systems;
Administer, maintain, and support the existing ServiceNow modules;
Implements new modules and business flows in the ServiceNow Application;
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing modules and business flows in the ServiceNow Application for adapting them to the customers’ business needs;
Works closely with business analysts and vendors/customers to gather requirements to ensure the customer’s business needs and expectations are met in a timely and cost-effective manner;
Prepares and modifies technical documentation and requirements during the different phases of the project;
Researches, evaluates, and recommends third-party integration and applications as appropriate;
Reports on progress, issues, and problems to the supervisor; providing lessons learned and giving suggestions to optimize the work processes;
Train internal and external resources as per project/BearingPoint needs.
Requirements:
Diploma in computer science or information technology or a comparable degree;
3+ years of relevant consulting/implementation experience in ServiceNow;
At least one active ServiceNow certification: Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator, etc;
Good communication skills verbal and written (primarily English, French/German is a plus);
Interaction with the customer on different levels: business, sales, service, tech;
Work experience in multicultural environments
Ideally ITIL Foundations and experience with ServiceNow upgrades;
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide effective solutions;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams;
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a strong team player;
Flexibility to work in a flexible hybrid work environment and availability to travel in Europe.
